By accessing or using the Element Family Dental website (elementfamilydental.com) and any related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Element Family Dental provides professional dental care services at our Belleville, Michigan location. All clinical services are provided by licensed dental professionals in accordance with Michigan state dental regulations and applicable federal law.
Our website provides general information about our practice, services, and team. We also offer online appointment request forms and patient registration tools. Online submissions do not guarantee an appointment — we will contact you to confirm availability.
Our website and online forms are not intended for dental emergencies. If you are experiencing a dental emergency, please call our office directly at (734) 697-4400 during office hours, or visit your nearest emergency room or urgent care center.
Appointment requests submitted online are subject to availability confirmation. We will contact you within one business day to confirm your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until you receive direct confirmation from our staff.
We request at least 24 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or restrictions on future scheduling.
Patients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled to ensure sufficient time for proper care and to respect other patients' scheduled appointments.
Patients are responsible for all fees not covered by their insurance plan. Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept most major credit cards, cash, and checks.
We are in-network with several major dental insurance providers. We will submit claims on your behalf as a courtesy; however, it is your responsibility to understand your insurance coverage. Any balance remaining after insurance payment is the patient's responsibility.
Any treatment cost estimates provided are based on information available at the time and are not a guarantee of final cost. Actual costs may vary based on clinical findings, insurance adjustments, and treatment complexity.
